Job description
• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Research customer / market needs and identify how our events, team sales and online activity can address them.
• Responsible in sales campaign, promotions and marketing activities to achieve monthly sales target
• Create, execute and monitor personal sales plan that supports the events, team sales and online activity objectives, this includes and extensive customer prospect list, monthly targets and forecasts, and customer feedback.
• Ensure all reps hit daily, weekly and monthly quota.
• Ensure all sales transactions are following company standard procedure
• Handle customer complain and report to management team.
• Respond to online inquiries and monitoring good seller rating, content score, chat respond rate and review
• Conduct training and performance workshop to ensure team members are proficient in product knowledge and sales tactical.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction Survey are conducted mannerly
• Ensure all databases are recorded and maintain thoroughly
• Listing, manage, set up, and update necessary materials for team and e-commerce platforms
• Handle account and run marketing on e-commerce platform (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Prepare all sales materials, stocks and report for all sales channel
• Verify and documented stock take report
• Collect insight in Production Department to ensure sales promotion align with product inventory projection
• Ensures all standard cost (usually shipping) is updated and is within acceptable margin
• Maintain good synergy and healthy environment inside the team members
• Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information
• Any duty assigning by Superior.
