Manage and train SOC linehaul loader to ensure right parcels pick up from staging area follow FIFO (first in first out) manner, scan all the parcels before they load into truck
Manage truck and driver upon truck arrival at SOC/RC and departure from SOC/RC, including seal tag handling and management before truck leave the bay
Assist linehaul supervisor to do 5S (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain) at the workstation & staging area to ensure the right parcel at the right staging
Serve as backup Linehaul Supervisor when Linehaul supervisor not area, need to handle linehaul operation on solo
Participation in the formulation of company's strategic planning, decision making, and human resource strategy.
Responsible for recruitments, staff welfare and compensation.
