Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Communications, Project Management, or a related field (Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply); OR
Diploma in a related field with a minimum of 2–3 years of working experience in corporate administration, PMO, or management support roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing / plant environment.• Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws (Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, etc.).• Hands-on experience in recruitment, manpower planning, and HR operations.• Experience handling industrial relations, disciplinary matters, and employee grievances.• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
