Overview

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Service Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers' enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up with customers.
• Prepare basic documents and update customer records.
• Coordinate with the sales and service team when required.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Responsible, positive attitude, and willing to learn.
