We are looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Intern to support the Marketing Department in executing day-to-day marketing activities, campaigns, social media content, events, retail promotions, and brand initiatives. This internship provides hands-on exposure to how a retail and lifestyle brand plans and executes marketing activities across digital platforms, physical retail outlets, events, collaborations, and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and preparing content for social media platforms
• Support the creation of captions, content ideas, short-form videos, Reels/TikTok and other marketing materials
• Assist with photo and video shoots when required
• Keep up with current social media trends and suggest relevant content ideas
• Assist in scheduling and publishing social media content
• Monitor basic engagement such as comments, messages and audience responses
• Support the Marketing Team in executing monthly campaigns, product launches and promotional activities
• Conduct basic research on market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activities
• Assist in preparing and coordinating brand events, product launches, roadshows, exhibitions and other marketing activities
• Assist in researching suitable influencers, KOLs and potential brand partners

About you

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Advertising or a related field
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Active user of social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
• Creative, willing to contribute ideas and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe applications or other content creation tools is an advantage
• Basic Microsoft Office / Google Workspace skills
• Willing to assist during events, photoshoots and occasional activities outside the office
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn

Job Type: Internship

Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month
