We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in human resource management and daily HR operations. You will work closely with the HR team to support recruitment, employee administration, payroll documentation, and HR activities while developing essential skills in HR systems, documentation, and employment practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Assist in posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating interview schedules, and supporting new employee onboarding processes.
• HR Administration & Documentation: Maintain employee personal files, update HR databases, prepare HR letters, and ensure employee records are properly organised and up-to-date.
• Attendance & Payroll Support: Assist in checking attendance, leave records, overtime information, and preparing supporting documents for monthly payroll processing.
• Training & Employee Engagement: Support training coordination, maintain training records, and assist in organising employee engagement activities and company programmes.
• HR Compliance & Reporting: Assist in maintaining HR documentation, preparing departmental reports, and organising records related to company policies, employment regulations, and ISO requirements.

Requirements

• Must possess or be pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good communication, organisational, and documentation skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.
• Internship period: 3–6 months.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM900.00 per month
