Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Creative Media or related field.

Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

Basic skills in Canva and CapCut or similar editing tools.

Creative, energetic and interested in social media and content creation.

Good communication and writing skills.

Comfortable appearing in photos/videos or creating on-camera content is an advantage.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to learn and keep up with current social media trends.

Portfolio/social media account is an advantage.

Assist in managing the company's social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant channels.

Create and schedule social media content including photos, videos, Reels, Stories and short-form videos.

Take photos and videos for social media and marketing purposes.

Edit basic photos and videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut or other editing applications.

Write simple and engaging captions, headlines and promotional content.

Monitor social media comments, messages and engagement, and respond appropriately when required.

Assist in planning and maintaining a weekly/monthly content calendar.

Follow current social media trends, sounds, hashtags and content formats to generate new content ideas.

Assist with social media campaigns, promotions and special events.

Monitor basic social media performance such as views, reach, engagement and followers.

Conduct simple competitor and market research to identify content and promotional ideas.

Assist the marketing team with other content and digital marketing activities.

Perform other ad-hoc tasks related to social media and marketing as assigned.
