Job description:

• Provide administrative and back-end support to the Customer Service team.
• Assist in managing, organizing, and distributing incoming leads to the appropriate team members.
• Monitor lead status and ensure timely follow-up and accurate record updates in the CRM system.
• Support lead nurturing activities by maintaining customer databases and tracking customer interactions.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth lead management processes.
• Prepare reports, data entries, and documentation related to customer inquiries and lead performance.
• Assist in responding to customer inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience when required.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance customer service efficiency and lead conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with databases or CRM systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with strong data management skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented approach.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
