Responsibilities

Store Operations

• Manage product listings on Shopee and TikTok Shop, including titles, descriptions, pricing, and image checks to keep storefronts accurate and current.
• Process daily store tasks such as listing uploads, inventory notes, and basic troubleshooting to ensure smooth order flow.
• Coordinate with logistics and customer service to fix listing issues and update stock or delivery details.
• Maintain organised records of uploads and edits so changes are easy to track and review.

Content & Campaigns

• Create short-form content and product posts, produce captions, and assist with basic shooting and editing for social channels.
• Support campaign planning by contributing creative ideas and preparing assets needed for flash sales or platform promotions.
• Work with simple design tools to produce visuals that match campaign briefs and listing requirements.
• Prepare and schedule content so campaigns launch on time and with consistent messaging.

Analysis & Collaboration

• Track sales and campaign KPIs, compile concise performance notes, and suggest practical improvements based on results.
• Prepare simple performance reports that highlight key metrics for the team to act on.
• Own small projects from brief to delivery and take feedback from supervisors to improve outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with product, logistics, and customer service to keep listings and campaigns aligned.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Available for an on-site internship in Seri Kembangan, Selangor and able to commute daily; office is about 5-8 minutes walk from MRT Serdang Raya Selatan.
• Available for a minimum 4-month internship and able to work Monday to Friday during office hours.
• Enthusiastic about e-commerce and willing to take ownership of practical tasks and small projects.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic computer literacy including Excel and familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is preferred.
• Comfortable using Shopee and TikTok Shop platforms or eager to learn platform operations quickly.
• Ability to shoot and perform basic edits for short videos using a smartphone and simple editing apps.
• Capable of preparing concise performance notes and simple reports to track campaign outcomes.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Detail-oriented and responsible, with an eye for clear product presentation and accurate listings.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude when coordinating across teams.
• Curious and coachable, open to feedback and regular mentoring during the internship.
• Must be confident in Bahasa Malaysia for writing captions, text-on-screen, and customer-facing explanations.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly allowance of RM 1,000 to RM 1,200.
• On-site placement in Seri Kembangan, Selangor with regular office hours Monday to Friday.
• Practical exposure to live Shopee and TikTok Shop operations and a chance to build a content portfolio.

Job Summary

Keen to learn practical e-commerce marketing and operations? By working with us at SLK Home Enterprise you will get hands-on exposure running product listings, preparing short-form content and supporting online campaigns on Shopee and TikTok Shop.

As an intern you will help build and scale our online storefronts and campaign workflows. You will support daily store operations, write and optimise product listings, assist in campaign planning, create social media assets, and measure performance to improve results.

Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor (5-8 mins walk to MRT Serdang Raya Selatan)

This is an on-site internship in Seri Kembangan, Selangor; Only candidates who are currently based nearby or able to commute daily to our office will be shortlisted.

Duration: 4 months & Above | Working Days: Monday–Friday

Allowance: RM 1,000 - 1,200 / month
