Job Summary:

ODA Travel & Tours are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tourism Intern to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to gain hands-on experience in the tourism industry, while supporting daily operations, administrative tasks, and tourism-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of tourism-related activities, programmes, and events.
• Support daily operational and administrative tasks related to tourism operations.
• Assist in preparing tourism packages, itineraries, promotional materials, and related documentation.
• Conduct basic research on tourism destinations, attractions, market trends, and potential business opportunities.
• Support customer enquiries and provide information on tourism products, services, and activities.
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities, including social media content and tourism campaigns.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, Travel and Tourism, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong interest in the tourism, travel, and hospitality industry.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn new skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
• Applicants with knowledge of social media marketing or content creation will have an added advantage.

Benefits:

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
• Convenient office location near LRT Puchong Jaya Station.

Internship Location:

IOI Boulevard, Puchong Jaya, Selangor.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
