任职资格

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Internship placement for a minimum of 3 months is preferred.

岗位职责

  • Assist in daily finance and accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
  • Support the preparation and verification of invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and financial documents.
  • Assist in daily revenue reconciliation and income audit procedures.
  • Support the processing of supplier payments and tracking of outstanding payments.
  • Assist with petty cash management, filing, and financial record maintenance.
  • Support month-end closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hotel financial policies and procedures.
  • Perform other finance-related administrative duties as assigned.
