Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.
- Good attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Internship placement for a minimum of 3 months is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily finance and accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
- Support the preparation and verification of invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and financial documents.
- Assist in daily revenue reconciliation and income audit procedures.
- Support the processing of supplier payments and tracking of outstanding payments.
- Assist with petty cash management, filing, and financial record maintenance.
- Support month-end closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hotel financial policies and procedures.
- Perform other finance-related administrative duties as assigned.
