*Salary:* RM1,700 – RM2,000 per month, depending on experience

*Working Hours:* 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Diana's Premium Cakes is looking for passionate and responsible individuals to join our *Baking Crew* at our Central Kitchen in Elmina.

If you already have experience in baking, pastry or bakery production, we would love to hear from you.

*No experience? That's okay too!*

If you genuinely enjoy baking, have a positive attitude and are willing to learn, our team is happy to guide and train you.

### Your Responsibilities

* Assist in the daily production of cakes, cookies and other bakery products.

* Prepare ingredients and baking materials according to recipes and production requirements.

* Follow established recipes, quality standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

* Ensure products are prepared according to customer orders and daily production schedules.

* Assist with checking and maintaining ingredient, material and packaging stock.

* Maintain a clean, hygienic and organised kitchen and working area.

* Handle baking equipment, ingredients and finished products responsibly.

* Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth daily production.

* Carry out other production-related duties assigned by the supervisor when required.

### Who We Are Looking For

Passionate about baking, cakes, cookies or pastry.

Baking or pastry experience is an advantage but *not compulsory*.

Fresh candidates with no experience are welcome to apply if willing to learn.

Positive attitude and good teamwork.

Able to follow instructions, recipes and SOP carefully.

Responsible, hardworking and self-disciplined.

Good attention to detail and cleanliness.

Punctual and committed to work.

Willing to learn new baking and production skills.

Able to work in a kitchen/production environment and stand for extended periods when required.

*SPM/STPM or equivalent preferred, but attitude and willingness to learn are more important to us.*

### Workplace Expectations

We value teamwork, discipline, cleanliness and professionalism.

Personal mobile phone use should be kept to designated break times except for emergencies or when authorised by the supervisor.
