Digital Marketing/Media Intern

Location: Street Mall, One South Seri Kembangan

Public Transport : (Serdang Jaya MRT station)

Industry: Homestay / Property Management

Working Days: Monday – Friday

9:30am-6:30pm

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating, planning and scheduling a daily content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok and Facebook.
• Design simple graphics, posters and promotional materials.
• Support digital marketing campaigns and online promotions.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages when needed.
• Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field
• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing
• Active on Tiktok and Instagram
• Basic skills in Canva or any editing tool (Capcut, Inshot, Adobe,etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Creative thinker
• Always up to date with cultural trends around social media
