Project Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Project Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements. The successful candidate will coordinate with site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers, monitor project progress, and support the Project Engineer in delivering projects on time and within quality standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in construction, roadworks, or infrastructure projects.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

Location: Depends to Project Location

Job Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to the approved schedule.

2. Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

3. Ensure all works are performed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.

4. Report site progress, issues, and delays to the Project Engineer in a timely manner.

5. Monitor and control the usage of materials at the construction site to minimize wastage and ensure efficient resource utilization.

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of construction methods and site practices.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction plans.

• Basic reporting and documentation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
