Candidates must possess at least Diploma from technical institution.

At least 3–5 years of consultancy experience in civil and structural works.

Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage.

Experience with Civil 3D, Microsoft -Office, and related architectural/engineering software is preferred.

Possess a strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Ability to work under multiple projects deadlines with minimum supervision.

Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, to develop technical drawings based on inputs from project engineers, project managers, and site managers.

Perform accurate calculations of dimensions and material requirements.

Revise and update technical drawings as per recommendations from project engineers and architects.

Maintain accurate drawing registers, manage revisions, and ensure compliance with document control procedures.

Support the technical team in developing project deliverables, ensuring all drawings comply with applicable standards and regulations.

Demonstrates strong time management and task completion.
