We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern, Projects to join the Projects Department. In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to project coordination, construction activities and property development processes while supporting the project team in ensuring the successful execution of ongoing projects.
Job Scope
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring project activities to ensure smooth project execution
- Support the project team in preparing project reports, presentations, meeting minutes and other documentation
- Assist in liaising with consultants, contractors, suppliers and relevant authorities on project-related matters
- Participate in site visits and inspections to observe project progress and construction activities
- Assist in tracking project schedules, progress updates and project records
- Maintain accurate project documentation, files and correspondence
- Support the preparation and submission of project-related documents and approvals
- Assist in identifying and following up on project issues and action items
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Projects team
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture or a related discipline
- Only final-year students will be considered.
- Strong interest in property development, construction and project management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced working environment
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Detail-oriented with good time management skills
- Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English
Location
Persiaran Raja Chulan, Kuala Lumpur (a shuttle service is provided between the Masjid Jamek LRT Station and the office)
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
