• Students currently pursuing Certificate, Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.

• Willing to learn computer repair, troubleshooting and customer service.

• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays according to schedule.

• Internship duration: 3–6 months.

• No working experience required.

• Assist with computer and laptop troubleshooting, repair and maintenance.

• Install Windows, software, drivers, RAM, SSD and other computer hardware.

• Assist customers with computers, laptops and accessories.

• Learn basic networking and computer setup.

• Assist with stock checking and daily store operations.

• Learn computer sales and customer service in a real retail environment.

• Perform other IT-related tasks under supervision.
