About Us

Stream Environment is a Malaysia-established global leader in Automated Waste Collection Systems, with operations across worldwide countries and a strong focus on innovation and sustainability. We are looking for an Intern Technical Support Engineer to support our international business development and technical support activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to technical documentation, project coordination, system design, and collaboration with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Engineers and Managers in preparing internal technical materials, such as system guidelines, training materials, system booklets, and other technical documents.
• Assist in preparing technical support documents in response to Requests for Information (RFI) raised by international dealers.
• Support Engineers and Managers in maintaining effective communication and coordination with engineers and representatives across different countries.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, reviewing, and analysing technical support documents before release.
• Assist in coordinating and preparing technical designs for international project design enquiries.
• Support other technical and project-related activities as assigned by the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Capable to do AutoCad and other Microsoft software.

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
