Requirement

Requirement (Must Have)

Candidate must prossess at least a Degree in Digital Marketing / Graphic Design field.
Experience: Min 3-5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Industry or Creative Agency role.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator).
High proficiency in Canva for rapid templating.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics
Proficiency in CapCut
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design skills and successful marketing campaigns.

Soft Skills we Value

Strong sense of aesthetics, layout, and typography.
Ability to look at a chart and understand why a design is or isn't working.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where trends change daily.

Working Location:

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce high-quality visual content that supports our marketing, branding, and product communication efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging visuals across digital and print platforms while maintaining brand consistency and supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Design & Content Development

Design visuals for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and posters
Develop creative concepts aligned with campaign goals and brand identity

2. Digital Marketing Support

Create visual assets for online advertising (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Display Ads)
Support campaign launches, promotions, and product marketing initiatives
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure design aligns with strategy

3. Branding & Corporate Identity

Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all visual materials
Assist in developing and refining brand identity elements
Design logos, brand assets, and corporate materials when required

4. Product & Instructional Design

Design product-related materials such as packaging, labels, and user manuals
Create instructional visuals (e.g., installation guides, usage diagrams)
Support product launches with engaging visual content

5. Content Creation & Multimedia

Perform basic photo editing and retouching
Create simple video content or motion graphics (e.g., short-form videos)
Develop infographics and visual storytelling materials

6. Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams
Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery
Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently

7. File Management & Production

Prepare final artwork for print and digital distribution
Ensure correct file formats and specifications
Maintain organized archives of design files and assets

8. Market Trends & Innovation

Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices
Propose creative ideas to improve engagement and brand presence
