Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources Operations, the Director of Human Resources Operations will be a critical member in leading the human resources operations function through a major transformation into a more strategic human resources model supported by a shared service, service center and self service capability. There is an intense desire to drive to a more consistent best practices model that will yield better operational excellence, optimize resources and enhance compliance. The intent is that human resources will be better able to provide improved tactical support and services, while at the same time, increasing the human resource business partners’ strategic contributions to their respective businesses.
In addition to relevant human resources transformational skills/experience, this leader will need to have excellent change management leadership and will be critical in helping to create and drive the transformational strategy, implementation and sustained execution.
