Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience will have an added advantage.
Proficient in AutoCAD (required).
Familiar with SketchUp and at least one 3D rendering software such as Enscape
V-Ray
or Lumion.
Basic knowledge of space planning
interior design principles
materials
and colour coordination.
Able to prepare layout plans
detailed drawings
and 3D visualisations.
Willing to attend site measurements and project site visits.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Willing to learn and accept guidance from senior designers.
Responsible
organised
and able to meet project deadlines.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers) is an advantage.
Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation is an advantage.
