Develop and integrate AI-powered solutions into enterprise applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, and Agentic AI technologies.
Build production AI systems. Create agents that use tools and customer context to complete real business workflows, learn through feedback loops and long-term memory, and become more useful over time, supported by practical evaluation and observability.
Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits (performed on-site or remotely) ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and/or Good Pharmacoepidemiology Practices (GPP) and protocol compliance. Uses judgment and experience to evaluate overall performance of site and site staff and to provide recommendations regarding site-specific actions; immediately communicates/escalates serious issues to the project team and develops action plans. Maintains a working knowledge of ICH/GCP Guidelines or other applicable guidance, relevant regulations, and company SOPs/processes.
Model Deployment & Fusion. Bridge the gap between AI research and production. Optimize deep learning models for efficient inference and ensure seamless integration of compression algorithms into deployment frameworks (e.g., vLLM).
Experience with:- Rapid prototyping using AI-generated code- Prompt engineering for code generation- Code review and refinement of AI-generated solutions- Accelerated development workflows using AI assistance
