Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.• 3–6 years of QA/QC experience in construction; data center, mission-critical, or MEP-intensive projects strongly preferred.• Working knowledge of ITPs, NCRs, work-process compliance, commissioning, defects management and quality documentation systems.• Competence in data handling and analysis using Excel (pivot tables, charts) or equivalent tools; familiarity with dashboards a plus.• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and relevant construction/data center standards.• Certifications (preferred): CQI/CSWIP, NDT, CWI, CxA, or equivalent.• Proficiency in MS Office and quality/document control platforms (ACC, Procore, Aconex, BIM 360).
