Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes by managing laptop allocation, LAN IDs, staff passes, and system access to ensure smooth staff transitions
As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will work as part of a highly technical team of professionals responsible for the design, development and deployment of web content solutions using OpenText TeamSite and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) products, especially AEM Sites and AEM Forms, to meet business requirements. Strong organisational skills, technical expertise and attention to detail are key in this customer-focused role.
Translate Business into Scalable Systems: Balance business and system thinking, translating high-level business intent into end-to-end flows and developer-ready specifications, including OpenAPI (Swagger) specs, JSON Schemas, and UML Sequence Diagrams.
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts such as using Tricentis Tosca for functional and regression testing across frontend, backend, and integration workflows;
Configure SAP Concur components such as expense types, policies, audit rules, approval workflows, forms, accounting structures, tax settings, payment-processing rules, user roles, permissions, and system controls.
