- Requirements
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with at least 4 years of experience supporting enterprise workload automation or batch processing environments. You have strong hands-on expertise with AWA and a solid understanding of batch scheduling concepts, workflow dependencies, SLA management, and enterprise file transfer technologies such as FTP, SFTP, or managed file transfer solutions. Experience working within ITIL-based operational environments covering incident, problem, and change management is essential. Exposure to SAP batch scheduling, Unix/Linux or Windows administration, scripting using Shell or PowerShell, enterprise monitoring platforms such as Datadog, Splunk, or DX UIM, and backup solutions such as Veritas NetBackup will be advantageous. Familiarity with regulated environments, audit and access governance, High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and Continuous Delivery Automation (CDA) practices would be beneficial. You should also be comfortable participating in a 24x7 support and on-call rotation. ...
