Act as the primary liaison between the Control Tower and Warehouse & Yard teams to resolve system issues, technical problems and operational requirements.
Coordinate with Country Logistics and Warehouse & Yard teams to obtain Proof of Delivery (POD) for Goods Receipt processing.
Run SAP shipping reports and verify that load-ended shipments are successfully transferred into the Transportation Management System (TMS).
