Requirements- Education: Diploma or above (Secondary education acceptable with strong experience). - Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in retail/FMCG, with at least 2 years in supervisory role. - Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and computer literacy (MS Office). - Work Conditions: Shift duty required; ability to handle high work intensity and pressure.
