You will work closely with robotics software, AI perception, navigation, mechatronics, and system engineering teams to translate advanced AI and simulation methods into reliable robot capabilities for real-world deployment.
Our AI Transformation team is building an internal platform that helps our people use AI effectively and develop software with greater speed and confidence. Initiatives include an internal agentic AI work platform for creating and running workflows across internal tools, AI-driven SDLC automation to help engineers plan, build, test, and ship software, and a centralised knowledge base that gives people and agents reliable access to company context.
Measure and improve quality: Use tests, traces and observability, user feedback, and appropriate LLM or agent evaluations to diagnose failures and improve application behaviour.
Engineer Enterprise Knowledge Systems: Build and maintain knowledge platforms spanning codebases, architecture repositories, documentation, operational runbooks, and post-mortems to power context-aware AI agents and workflows.
AI Reliability & Governance: Develop deterministic evaluation loops, guardrails, and self-critique mechanisms to mitigate hallucinations, manage context windows efficiently, control token expenditure, and guarantee brand/policy alignment.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions, prototypes, and production-ready applications.
Build retrieval-based solutions that allow AI applications to efficiently work with large codebases and engineering documentation, using techniques such as embeddings, vector search and hybrid retrieval
Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or breakdown technical problems
Support the build, configuration, and lifecycle management of Linux server fleets supporting colo trading workloads, including provisioning, patching, hardening, and performance tuning, with guidance from senior engineers.
