Performance Tabulation: Partner closely with the management team and HR Operations to run performance review cycles and tabulate scoring data to identify high performers.
Turnover Analysis: Track, calculate, and analyze employee exit data, specifically classifying and reporting on "Regrettable vs. Non-Regrettable" leavers to help leadership understand retention trends.
The First 90 Days: Own the end-to-end onboarding journey. Greet new hires, set up their essentials, and actively guide them through their critical first weeks.
