Key criteria should be in leading a team of operations engineers which extends beyond Elastic (Observability domain), not a team lead for being a L3/L4 in the observability domain, though it will be good if the candidate has some prior experience supporting observability tooling.
From technology standpoint, the team lead will have SMEs in each technology stack to support him/her. i.e. he does not need be master in the whole technology stack.
Operational Alignment: Work closely with the Ads Ops team to ensure all campaigns are running strictly according to timelines, budget allocations, and asset requirements.
Cross-Channel Synergy: Coordinate with the social media team to amplify organic content performance through strategic paid boosts.
Data Analysis: Track, monitor, and analyze digital marketing KPIs to provide actionable insights and weekly performance reports.
