- RequirementsMinimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent.Sales experience in baking ingredients, food service, FMCG or wholesale distribution is preferred.Good communication, negotiation and customer-service skills.Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.Self-motivated, responsible and able to achieve sales targets.Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.Willing to travel and visit customers within the assigned sales area.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp and ERP systems is an advantage.Key Performance IndicatorsMonthly sales achievementGross profit marginCustomer payment collectionNumber of new active customersExisting customer retention and repeat ordersOverdue debt controlCustomer visit and follow-up completionAccuracy of sales forecasts and reportsPreferred Candidate
