To familiarize with Uniform Building By-Law, Malaysian Standard (MS) where required and any statutory requirements at site for the purpose of building construction.
To carry out site inspection, supervision and monitoring of architectural works and any relevant construction works as per inspection and test plan.
Lead the architectural site staff to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by the client and/or Project Consultants.
Review all project drawings and specifications, and raise any discrepancies and/or possible problems before construction work commence on site and progressively throughout the entire course of the project;

Members of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA), or equivalent; and Registered Architects of the Architects Registration Board (ARB) of Hong Kong;
At least 5 years’ relevant post-qualification experience as an architect (in architecture)
