Duties and Responsibilities
He or she will be working on a 12 hour shift. 2. Create Trouble Tickets for any customer and network incidents. 3. Proactively monitor network (Optical, Ethernet and IP services) platform and Customer Monitoring thru Network Management Systems. 4. Provide Technical support to customer complaints and inquiries. 5. Coordinate with various teams to ensure the fault is restored in time. 6. Will be the 1st level of escalation for customer and network related incidents. 7. Review, approve and arrange planned maintenance activities to the customers and partners. 8. Provides support to NOC Team lead and Manager updates including procedural documentation and relevant reports. 9. Monitor network performance and produce reports for key stakeholder 10.
