We are looking for a Training & Quality Specialist to join our Service Delivery team and work directly under the Head of Service Delivery.
This is a hands-on role designed for someone who enjoys training people, reviewing work, identifying errors, coaching team members, and improving processes.
The successful candidate will support the development and quality of our Data Entry / Verification Executives (VEs) by providing new joiner training, on-the-job coaching, quality checks, call and email monitoring, case audits, refresher training, and process updates.

Ensure integration reliability by validating data integrity, event sequencing, retry mechanisms, exception handling, recovery processes, and end-to-end business transaction consistency.
Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of test automation frameworks covering UI, API, integration, and regression testing, integrating automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.
Perform risk-based testing, release readiness assessments, and establish quality gates, including entry and exit criteria, to ensure production-ready releases.

Define develop, lead and drive service level and service performance management. Produce service quality documents to track, assess, manage and control service quality (for both internal teams and external vendors). Ensure service deliveries meet defined service quality and compliance requirements.
Plan, lead and drive regional payroll processes / procedures / policies standardization. Work with respective departments / teams to complete cross function processes / procedures / policies standardization.
Review HRSSC operational documents (example : Standard Operating Procedure, Operational Procedure Manual, Blueprint, Business Process Document, Service Level Agreement, Service Engagement Contract, etc.) to ensure HRSSC operational documents are up-to-date and in compliance with defined operational model, procedures, processes, service level and governance model.

Performance Monitoring: Track the progress of property cleanliness scores (guest reviews, internal audits) and implement corrective action plans where standards fall short.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Continuous evaluation of existing housekeeping SOPs, recommending and implementing updates to improve efficiency, hygiene standards, and consistency across all locations.
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of supervisory or quality control experience in Hotel Housekeeping, Executive/Assistant Housekeeping, or Quality Assurance within the hospitality line.
