Frontend Development (React)• Build responsive, component-based user interfaces using React (with hooks, state management).• Consume backend APIs and manage client-side data flow.• Collaborate on UI/UX with designers to deliver clean, usable interfaces.• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance.
Collaboration & Delivery• Work in Agile/Scrum teams; participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.• Coordinate between business users and the development team.• Support testing, debugging, deployment, and post-release maintenance.• Create and maintain technical and user documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.• 3–6 years of experience in systems analysis and/or full-stack development.• Strong proficiency in Python and at least one backend framework (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).• Solid experience with React and modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.• Working knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and SQL.• Proven ability to gather requirements and produce clear technical specifications.• Familiarity with Git and version-control workflows.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
