Coordinates with each Business Unit, Central Group and Design Groups on all aspects of the Project Plans, Reports, BOMs, and any other specific requirements for the Project as specified by the customer.
Cross-Functional Leadership and Stakeholder Alignment - Act as the key interface between Central Engineering, Product Operation Management, Global Quality, procurement, supply chain, and site operations teams. - Facilitate cross-functional alignment forums, drive timely decision-making, and ensure action items are clearly owned, tracked, and closed. Escalate unresolved risks, resource constraints, schedule impacts, and technical blockers to leadership with clear impact assessment and recommended mitigation plans.
