Fully responsible for all operational decisions in the project and for the successful achievement of all project targets (time, quality, cost and budget).
Key communication interface (for project related matters), representing Back End to other Infineon Divisions (e.g. Business lines, Central Functions e.g. Finance, PTI, FE Fabs, and etc.)
Forms and leads the project team and assigns responsibilities within project to Project Managers of sub-projects and Project Members.
