Provide leadership in continuous improvement activities and successfully enable scalability to achieve our goals of meeting quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
Accountable to ensure products meet or exceed customer quality standards and delivery schedules are met. Formulate processes to enable relevant management systems in place such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001 and/or Halal certifications; whichever applicable. To lead the local operations team to deploy the practice of Food Safety Management System to the applicable sites. Also lead in the maintenance of all relevant accreditations and quality assurances related system for the production plants.
Coordinate with Plant Project engineering and Maintenance team to ensure production facilities and equipment are adequately set up, built and maintained. The emphasis will be on highly reliable plant operations and creating strategies to reduce capital, labor and material costs and pursuit maintenance excellence
