Plan and schedule production in close collaboration with commercial, distribution and scheduling team. Plan daily and monthly production for ASU plants to optimize product cost and fulfill customer demand. Monitor tank inventory and engagement with PPE for plant load adjustment if applicable.
Ensure the cost of production is properly monitored and controlled and take necessary actions to rectify any variance arises.
Ensure accurate records and plant operating logs are kept and updated. Adhere to ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001, Halal recertification and FSMS procedures where applicable and support the formulation of related standards as per business requirements.
