Conduct statistical analysis of characterization and test data to identify cost drivers and implement yield improvement programs.
Collaborate closely with project teams during the development phase (e.g. design and test reviews) to ensure a seamless transition from development to mass production. Support the quality assurance team with RMA handling and failure analysis.
