Risk Analysis & Quality: Partner with R&D early in the design phase to anticipate and solve potential manufacturing issues. Define manufacturing risk assessments (such as PFMEA) to ensure a smooth and stable ramp-up to mass production.
Knowledgeable in the Die preparation, Back Grinding, Sawing and machine troubleshooting with any additional wafer equipment knowledge. Qualifications REQUIRED:
Perform engineering assessments on in service components to determine upgrade feasibility, technical impact, certification requirements, and lifecycle benefits.
Data-Driven Problem Solving: Utilize data analysis skills, statistical tools, and Six Sigma methodologies to investigate test data, troubleshoot manufacturing bottlenecks, and optimize reliability.
Conduct technical investigations and root cause analysis for product-related issues, identify corrective and preventive actions, and drive design improvements to enhance product performance, reliability, manufacturability, and quality.
Support the complete product life cycle (Design updates, Creation of product specifications, 3D/2D modeling, Prototyping, Product testing, Product qualification, Project Execution & Sustaining till product end of life)
