Tests all assembled products. Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products.
Ability in procedure reading, component identification, use of pertinent hand tools and rework techniques, equipment operation, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies.
Documentation & Compliance: Develop PFMEA, Control Plans, SOPs, and Work Instructions; ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949.
Material Qualification: Evaluate and qualify new paints, inks, coatings, and chemicals.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Quality, Tooling, Maintenance, Purchasing, and customers to meet production and quality objectives.
