HR Policy Implementation & Compliance: Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies. They will learn how HR ensures compliance with labor laws, company guidelines, and internal procedures through documentation and operational support.
Recruitment & Selection: Involved in recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting in candidate selection processes. Interns will also support job posting, candidate database management, and recruitment documentation.
Onboarding & HR Administration: Assist in employee onboarding processes, preparation and management of employee documents, maintenance of HR records, and general administrative tasks. Exposure to basic payroll processing and attendance tracking will also be provided.
