This role is responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating activities to keep projects/orders on schedule and ensure deliveries on time. Play a major role to work with supervisors and the purchasing team to track progress, manage inventory, and ensure components arrives when needed. Also, to liaise with marketing team to oversee and plan customer demand/forecast.
Participate in feasibility studies and concept design studies of new building/ infrastructure development, including maximising generation of renewable energy within these facilities
Ensure all electrical systems - including LV/HV distribution, emergency power, UPS, lighting, and building management systems - are designed to meet the operational requirements of a high-acuity hospital environment.
Ensure all mechanical systems - including ACMV, medical gas, plumbing and sanitary, fire protection, infection control ventilation, building management systems (BMS), and vertical transportation (lifts, escalators, dumbwaiters, and pneumatic tube systems) - are designed and specified to meet the operational and clinical requirements of a high-acuity hospital environment.
