Review and administer commercial contracts, including sale and purchase agreements, charter parties, letters of credit and shipping documentation.
Prepare, verify and manage all operational documentation, including Bills of Lading, Certificates of Quality/Quantity, cargo manifests and invoices.
Liaise with internal departments including Trading, Risk, Finance, Credit and Demurrage teams to ensure accurate trade execution and timely settlement.
