Office Operations- Oversee the daily operations of the office to ensure smooth business continuity.- Ensure office facilities are maintained to a high standard, including cleanliness, maintenance, utilities, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.- Ensure office assets and inventories are accurately maintained.
Facilities Management- Liaise with building management regarding maintenance, repairs, and security.- Coordinate preventive maintenance for office equipment and facilities.- Ensure workplace health and safety standards comply with Malaysian regulations.- Handle emergency office situations and coordinate business continuity plans.
Vendor & Procurement Management- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors for office supplies, equipment, maintenance, renovation, cleaning, and security services.- Monitor vendor performance and service quality.- Manage purchase requests, quotations, and operational expenditures.- Ensure procurement follows company policies and approved budgets.
