Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing productivity, optimise production processes, reduce operational costs and improve overall shop-floor performance.
Need to collaborate closely with cross functional team members to resolve conflicts and make fast decision to avoid any risk to the organization/company/customer.
Collaborate with process engineering, manufacturing, and integration teams to establish and monitor quality metrics, including SPC, defect reduction, and KPI performance.
Data-Driven Problem Solving: Utilize data analysis skills, statistical tools, and Six Sigma methodologies to investigate test data, troubleshoot manufacturing bottlenecks, and optimize reliability.
Challenge and influence engineering decisions related to tooling design, manufacturing processes, automation strategies, inspection methods, process controls, and production scalability.

Check samples against customer drawings and specifications (e.g. pocket dimensions, sealing / peel strength) and prepare first article and qualification reports
Risk Analysis & Quality: Partner with R&D early in the design phase to anticipate and solve potential manufacturing issues. Define manufacturing risk assessments (such as PFMEA) to ensure a smooth and stable ramp-up to mass production.
For complex hardware troubleshooting of online servers, conduct in - depth analysis based on server - level black - box logs (such as BMC logs, IPMI/SMBIOS data, operating system kernel logs, hardware event logs, etc.). Collaborate with internal and external software and hardware R & D experts to accurately locate the root causes of difficult problems. Continuously improve the clarity rate of hardware failure monitoring and diagnosis and the consistency rate between repair reports and actual repairs, effectively reducing the failure return rate.
