Candidates without experience or those who graduated within the past year with a master's degree or higher in fields including but not limited to Mathematics, Physics, Electronic Science and Technology, Microelectronics, Information and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, or Materials Science and Engineering. 2. Excellent academic performance, with a strong curiosity, learning ability, and knowledge transfer capability in new areas and related professional fields. 3. Understanding of the IC development process, with a certain theoretical foundation in digital circuits, practical skills, and innovation ability. 4. Familiarity with the working principles of microprocessors, with a solid foundation in analog circuits, digital circuits, electromagnetic fields and microwaves, and signal processing. Experience in single-board hardware design, simulation, implementation, and debugging is preferred. 5. In-depth understanding of the working principles and control methods of various power supply topologies, familiarity with the design, selection, and application of core components such as magnetics and power devices. Experienced in power supply design, development, and debugging is preferred.
