Support Operations team with product prep work for floor moves and collection launches, including P Touching display items

Promotions & POSM: Set up and maintain secondary displays (counter stands, block stacks, gondola ends) and put up price tags/posters (POSM) for maximum visibility.
Store Relations: Maintain great relationships with store managers and team leaders to negotiate better shelf space.
Zero Out-of-Stock: Monitor stock closely to ensure our products never run out on shelves.

• Manage seasonal buying plans, including forecasting product demand, inventory levels, and stock rotation.• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and customer demands in the ROA market.• Leverage historical sales data and insights to predict future demand and make informed buying decisions.• Stay updated with fashion trends, luxury industry shifts, and consumer behavior to ensure the product assortment aligns with current and future needs.• Work closely with the Planning & allocation teams to manage stock levels, product allocation, and replenishment.• Work closely with the Compliance and Logistics departments to ensure the selected product meets the industry regulations to be shipped to destination.• Ensure the timely delivery of products, avoiding overstocking or stockouts.• Analyze sell-through rates and adjust buying strategies accordingly.• Collaborate with retail management to ensure the product assortment aligns with regional store layouts and brand positioning.• Work closely with visual merchandising teams to ensure product is displayed in a way that maximizes customer engagement and sales.• Manage the buying budget, ensuring that all purchasing is done within financial constraints.• Track spend and measure ROI on products, making adjustments as needed to stay on target.• Willing and able to travel for business trip and market visit. (70% mostly in APAC + 2 - 4 times a year in Italy)
